G.G. Construction signed a 2-year $21,120 lease for 3,667 square feet of industrial space inside 11-year-old Trident Industrial Park, on 10.61 acres,at 639 E. Brooks Ave., Suite 205, in North Las Vegas. NAI Las Vegas’ Tom Elkington represented the lessor, Harsch Investment Properties. The reported average rent equals 24 cents per square foot.
