The latest release from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows Nevada’s payroll gains are among the top in the country from February 2016 to the same month in 2017. Nevada added 41,200 seasonally adjusted jobs over the last year, an increase of 3.2 percent. The only states to perform better were two Intermountain West neighbors: Utah came in with 3.3 percent payroll growth, while Idaho enjoyed gains of 3.6 percent.
