BLV Holdings LLC bought 0.51 acres, at 3121 W. Sahara Avenue in Las Vegas for $240,000, or $11-per-square-foot, from 3121 Sahara Partnership. Gatski Commercial’s Rob Lujan and Jason Simon represented the seller; Omni Terra Solutions’ Tomer Itzhaki represented the buyer. The parcel has a 2,580-square-foot former Arby’s Restaurant, with a drive-thru.
