Nevada Adds 9,500 Jobs in July

According to the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s (DETR) July 2018 economic report, overall job growth increased to nearly 46,000 jobs year-over-year. According to a report released today by the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR), the median price for existing single-family homes sold in Southern Nevada through its Multiple Listing Service (MLS) during July held steady at $290,000.
