Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas for $1.2 million, or $141-per-square-foot, from Edgemere Capital Inc. McMenemy Investments’ Ron McMenemy represented the buyer; MDL Group’s Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling represented the seller.
