Spencer Center Acquires $7 Million Refinancing Loan

Spencer Street Investors LLC acquired a 10-year, $7,025,000 loan to refinance the 15-year-old 162,342-square-foot Spencer Distribution Center, on 8.11 acres, at 6650 Spencer Street in Las Vegas. CommCap Advisors’ Kyle Nagy placed the 4.4% loan through Genworth Life and Annuity Insurance Company.

ViewPointe Office Center Sold for $2.55 Million

RESG Corp. bought the 14-year-old 26,053-square-foot ViewPointe Professional Office Center at 8215 S. Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas for $2.55 million, or $98-per-square-foot, from Maroon VOC Holdings LLC. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Michael Kammerling represented the seller; Real Estate Services Group’s Chip Johnson represented the buyer.
