Hunt-PENTA JV Builds $375 Million Las Vegas Arena

Hunt–PENTA JV yesterday broke ground on a $375 million, 20,000-seat arena, on 16 acres, at Rue De Monte Carlo and Frank Sinatra Drive in Las Vegas. Developers MGM Resorts International and AEG are privately funding the arena through a Bank of America-led consortium. The 118-foot-tall venue, designed by Populous, is scheduled to open in 2016.
