Wolfson Medical Center Downtown bought a 2-story, 16,000-square-foot office building, on 0.78 acres, at 921 South Las Vegas Blvd. in Las Vegas for $2.24 million, or $140-per-square-foot, from 921 SLVB LLC. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Jackie Young and Liz Clare represented the seller; Avison Young’s Dana Berggren represented the buyer.

JP Capital International bought an 8,617-square-foot industrial building inside Pama Airport South Industrial Center at 2029 Pama Lane in Las Vegas for $766,392, or $89-per-square-foot, from CML-NV Airport South LLC. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Susan Borst represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Brian Riffel represented the seller.
