Larry and Melissa Dugdale bought 8.77 acres of raw industrial land at 3255 Marion Drive in North Las Vegas for $571,072, or $65,116-per-acre, from Panattoni Development Co. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty represented the buyer; Jones Lang LaSalle’s Xavier Wasiak represented the seller.
