Panattoni Development Co. has tilted the concrete walls for SHFL Entertainment’s 130,000-square-foot corporate headquarters, on 9 acres, at the northwest corner of Jones Boulevard and Interstate-215 in Las Vegas. The project, which has created 200 new construction jobs, is scheduled to finish this summer.
Sun Commercial Real Estate hired C. Roger Jeffries III as an investment sales associate. He will specialize in net leased investments and storage facility sales. Jeffries previously worked for Marcus and Millichap and NAI Las Vegas.

Revere Capital named Bob Taylor vice president. The Westport, Conn.-based lender specializes in creative higher yielding loans between $1 million and $25 million focused in the office, multi-family and retail sectors. Taylor was previously president of Palmetto Funding.
