Gatski to Manage Alexander Dawson Facilities

Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services has been hired to oversee facility management of Alexander Dawson School, on 33 acres, at 10845 W. Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas. Alexander Dawson is a 600-student independent day school for preschool to eighth grade. Gatski property manager Olivia Fisher will oversee the facility, along with her team.

Colliers International’s Joseph Bonifatto represented the lessor, Gregg Williams, acting as the receiver for Tropec LLC. The reported average rent equals $1.86 per square foot.

Colliers International Hires Vincent Schettler

Colliers International Las Vegas hired Vincent Schettler as senior vice president of its land division. He will focus on land acquisition, negotiation and project management. Schettler most recently served as executive vice president of sales and acquisitions for Focus Property Group Inc.

Post Road in Las Vegas for $475,000, or $69-per-square-foot, from First Southern National Bank. Diversified Interests’ Randy Black Sr. represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Dan Doherty and Chris Lane represented the seller.
