RMDT LLC bought the 6,823-square-foot Cauldron Tavern at 9140 W. Russell Road in Las Vegas for $1.2 million, for $176 per square foot, from Temperley LLC. Business Brokers of Nevada’s Rodney Campbell represented the buyer; Gatski Commercial’s Ric Rushton represented the seller.
