Harsch Investment Properties Hires Michelle Brown

Sunset Pavilion Building Sells for $1.8 Million

3785ESunset LLC bought a 16,250-square-foot building, on 1.42 acres, inside Sunset Pavilion Office Park at 3785 E. Sunset Road in Las Vegas for $1.8 million, or $111 per square foot, from Prestige Properties Nevada LLC. The Equity Group’s Brendan Keating and Adam Malan represented the buyer; Real Capital Corp.’s Chris Johnson represented the seller.
