Nevada West Partners II LLC bought 13.29 acres of multi-family land at 831, 841 and 851 Coronado Center Drive in Henderson for $3.655 million, or $275,019 per acre, from Vescor Capital Entities. NAI Las Vegas’ Michael Campbell represented both the buyer and seller.
